Why Marriage Education?
The average family spends more than $35,000 and countless days of planning in order to prepare for one of the most important and special days of our lives: our weddings. Yet, ironically, when planning for our actual marriage – the days and nights we will spend with our spouse for the rest of our lives – we invest far less.

Marriage education is an opportunity for both married and single individuals to understand and learn the skills and characteristics to become a better spouse and ultimately a better individual. Our marriage education programs are not about discussing individual personal marriage problems. Rather, it is an opportunity to see how we can strive to be better spouses by learning from the life of the best example – the Prophet Muhammad (S) – and embodying his character and teachings into our marriages.

The Prophet Muhammad (s) said, “The best amongst you are those who are best to their families, and I am the best of you to my family.” (Sahih Tirmidhi)

Therefore, just as we strive to learn other aspects and sciences of our Deen we must strive to learn how to be the best to our families. Join us to learn how to unlock and learn the true blessings of a marriage.

Who should attend these programs?

Our Marriage Education programs are designed for both married and single individuals. By attending this program, it does not imply that there is something wrong with your marriage. Rather, it is an opportunity to learn and grow in one of the most important aspects of our lives, as the Prophet (S) stressed that marriage is half of faith.
